(I seemed to have slipped past thread perspective, Yes.
Well there is no need to discuss the late matter any further. My bad. Sorry.
I seriously thought the thread for being something like "random/general")

My personal thanks from valuable roleplaying time goes to:

Hail to everyone who took place in siege of Lynaeum. The ropeplaying trough it was propably some of the most thrilling experience that i ever played trough. The enounter with Vestlat was just so spine chilling, that I can barely get the sleep over it. Truly an outstanding result of heavy roleplaying. Good show ! Very awesome improvising troughout the whole plot by the DM team!

4.Return to Vives once again
Posted by Jumentum on 7/17/2009 12:21:28 PM
I am about to return to Vives, and mainly posted here just to say hello to you all. I am not sure if many of you can recall me from past.
I used play Owyn (rascal pirate bard), and Agrippa (ex librarian, and a cultist possessed by evil spirits of a mythical tome).

When days passed offline from Vives, I even started to compose some music inspired by Vives.
I will post some of my soundtracks as I get them done. Well. Thats about it. See you all ingame :D

Hail, and ...

So i promised you some music huh.. here you go.
I dont know if you will like it, but at least i kept my promise.

Firstly some easy listening music. I got this feeling from walking around shores of ladriel. I was exploring it first time, and actually got quite lost in there.

As I can recall little from my real past in Midor,
I have decided to write all that I can remember on this entry.

Since the day that my library burned down. I had lost everything. My family, my only son, and most that was left of my sanity. There was no place for me to go

I became a drifter
And soon the local madman
I would keep having nightmares so horrible, that I started having delusions.
It did not matter even if I was awake. I would still recall ...

Just saying evil folks have a conscience too, and rarely do they do things out of being evil. They think its justified.

(( You make a good point right there. One does not just simply do evil deeds without a MOTIVE
-at least not if aware of it, or being without the ability to think well, etc...

Hearing about the whole idea of PandJ compromised, and mistah Jessup out of business sounds very worrying, in OOC way such method is almost ...

((What would a paladin be doing sneaking around in there in the first place?))

((I see your point. That could possibly turn out into extremely good roleplay. Besides the usual sneaking, If there ever would be the classical form of RAID to take place into the whole facility. I would propably go get some popcorn and have it as the top winning roleplay entertainment evah))

Hello.

My new character, Murray Boddyknock Coppersmith Bogglewheelington Jr. seems to crash the server every time I try to log in with him.

Whenever there is a JINX or perhaps an unforeseen malfunction (especially with machinery -
and this time with the whole "servers cogwheels")
We can only conclude, that Gnomes have something to do with it.
I find it hard to bring myself to blame the Gnomes for ...

Yet again a perfect example in "how someones' time is more precious than someone others".
Or perhaps it describes best the irony found in any employment system, And the fact that
having workers under beneath you takes a lot of personal magnetism, charasteristics, or perhaps just the right ammount of CASH

Chapter III – the Torment

The shelves were all burning.. everything was still in it’s place but all was burning
His fathers works and documents were being devoured by flames.

The boy saw someone tied to a stone pillar in the center of library hall

And then there he was, right before him, a man wreathed in flames
The flames rose and fell, but did not consume him. His skin started out a painful red, and then it burned and blackened and ...

Prologue

A window laid open facing directly to a misty seaside.
It was the harbour of Port Royale. Voices of nightlife could be heard from alongside
the streets, and places not worth mentioning - especially under the gaze of Midoran.
A place like this would hold every way to spent ones coin into simple pleasure.
Though it's sinful reputation. The place had also another crooked side.
Trough years of it's mere existance. Port Royale seemed to gather up folk - ...

occupation: caballist wizard, thouh persistantly claims to be an ex-librarian
illness: temporal memory loss, morbid nightmares

I could not resist to join in conversation, since I (also) recently have returned (from army though) to continue quality time in Vives.

I got this idea once when I was taking part in building nwn server called "Rel Altii" (that project is now dead since we lost our lead scriptor).

My vision is about enhanced bardic instrument play track (wav/mp3) samples.
In other words.. You propably know the feeling when you *emote* singing or playing IC, and you get the ...

I was going to actually create a interactive music system based on the 6 second Round cycle in NWN. Basically, I would create a variety of objects that played sounds when activated, and each of these sounds would be one "Riff" or a few measures lasting 6 exact seconds in a particular chordal syntax, or specific key. This would allow you to "Queue" each of these played 6 second sounds to string together an entire customizably assembled ...
