Sign your name here (Character name), and whether or not -NON DAMAGIN- PVP spells may be cast on you without consent. Non Combat spells do NOT Include casting -any- kind of spell on a person engaged in combat with an NPC,World Monster, or Other player. You will STILL need to ask for consent.(I.E If you paralyze a person while they are in combat with a boar, you are in violation of the PVP rules of not asking for OOC permission) Non-Damaging spells inflict NO damage of ANY kind. BY signing you understand you may be cast on by Non-Damaging PVP without your consent from other PC's, at any time you may -remove- yourself from this. By signing you understand all the consequences that follow and just because you are on this list, does not mean you are free to apply the same principles to other people. Just becuase either you or another person hits you with a Non-Damaging PVP spell, it does NOT mean that you may continue to PVP afterwords, unless the other person chooses to use Non-Damaging PVP spell and you are on this list...YOU MUST ASK PERMISSION.

Wow, it's happened to me so many times before, I thought I was already on that list Look I'm all about the story, the RP, and how it makes Vives an interesting place to live. I find it hard to believe that we have any people on our esteemed server that would be annoying if I signed this list. If your char has RP reason to cast said spell on Johe then that's good for the story. That having been said sign me up :) |

Y'all can cast on any of my future chars as well...The whole point of this world is to be interesting and realistic, right? I don't think a spellcaster would stop to ask permission in the "real" world. |

All right, all right... I give... I have had bad experiences with this sort of thing in the past (completely different PW, so no reflection on Vives) that’s why it took me so long to post here...
But then again... most of the problems stemmed from it being a perma death server... and I don’t see it becoming a problem here.
