Great read! I'm new here and havn't read the background, but just this thread was very interesting and quite captivating. I'm a little confused on the whole situation, but assume most of that will become clear upon reading the history. Thanks for writing. |

Gnimini had some really good RP with Rosen the other day. It was a long time in the making, and due to my habit of logging for 30 minutes or so at a time, I don't get to get into heavy issues such as heated debates on the subject of Necromantics and the implications upon Souls very often. Gnimini was a bit worried due to Rosen's strong feelings on the subject, but because he was misinformed in his studies, he was stubborn and not quick to accept that he was wrong. A couple of times I thought ... |

a quick shout to all who made tonight fun for a wandering dwarf. i love when nothing is specifically accomplished, but even little things are RP'd so well that it makes playing loads of fun anyway. Nadia and Fennigan joined later, and prior to that Timik, Guy, and a battleaxe wielder who I can't recall the name of right now. good fun and great RP. thanks alot. |

ahhh...those situations where you know that you will likely die...but your character doesn't...and you RP it out anyway. i love when I actually get to party up.
Eon and Roland, you guys did a great job of devising a way to get a dead dredger back to some safe place where his body could (luckily) be mended, and his soul put back in its place. Thanks for the fun RP and Undead killing spree. |

great fun with Londo and his entertaining accent the other day in Icy Vale. thanks for your patience ((ic and ooc)). also, thanks to Vulpina (Nadia) for the casual concern for understanding and (Balthor) for the jokes and Wizard Wheat Ale. i've been getting to do more casual RP like that recently, and am loving it. you all put the RP in what can pass as an adventure game and make playing a genuine experience.

I am in search of one wise in history and lore who may be able to appraise some valuables I have come across. I am not currently swimming in currency, but I can promise 100 gold pieces to anyone who can either (1) accurately describe the enchantments or peculiarities of some items in my possession [100 gold each item] or (2) point me in the direction of someone else who can reliable be counted on to perform the aformentioned service [one time, finders fee].
Alternately, I can substitute ... |

I was playing as Gnimini the other day, and I became a level 4 wizard. I picked two spells...summon creature IV and Animate Dead. The 'description' for Animate Dead (the 3rd lvl cleric spell / 5th lvl wizard spell, so I thought) seemed to be that of barkskin --saying something of lvl 1-6 gets +3 AC, 7-12 get +4...and so on. When I tried to cast, Animate Dead was successfull. The description, after a logoff and server restarts, still is that of barkskin.
This wasn't really a problem at ... |
