I'd like to give a shout out to Marlena, love of my life OOC and drug-buddie IC. Also to Lucius, who for some reason hasn't seen fit to kill Wil. And to Rosen, Ophie, Zeb, Talion and Gil for being all-around fun roleplayers and making me feel immediately welcome and involved on Vives. More anonymous shout-outs to the DM's, who never fail to grant RP XP here and there, and Wil's patron, J-something, for the diamond I have yet to find a buyer for. G

Shoutouts to Lucius, Nidarren, Cantor and Talion for somehow managing to keep my lvl 1 fighter alive through the lich's tower, start to finish. I even got a hit or two in! More shoutouts to Form, winning the award for the best impression of a concious person. And to Marlena, who's ingame simulations of insobriety really make me pine for my college days.

Shoutouts to Dana, for providing Allan with phat l00t (that I may use in coming years, if I'm lucky). To PDWalker, for comparing Wil to a Monty Python character (even if it was Robin). To Marlena, for the most fun I have in and out of game, and to JJ, for taking the step I know all too well the difficulties of.

Shoutouts to everyone involved in the rescue last night. T'was a total blast, even getting my face cleaved off by some invisible barbarian. More shoutouts to the DM's for giving us the Do Over in the first place. We were clocking 3+ min. lag towards the end of attempt #1. Always a fun evening, G

Ludicruous shoutouts to everyone involved in the statuesque bard mini-adventure (such as it was). Fenn and Fat Sam for torturing the helpless, petrified Karli, Ser'ai for her stoic assistance and hanging 'round till the end, Talion for making the whole endeavor financially worth Wil's while, the other spectators for making Karli feel that much more self concious about her predicament, certainly Marlena for trying to Cure Light Wounds in Great Plains, and starting the whole mis-adventure, and ...

Yeah, no kidding. We were lucky we were near the end of our journey already when the game started, or we might have had a nice bout of OD roleplaying. G

Shoutouts to Mykal for a dastardly, circus-courtroom-filled evening, and Kan Brenner and Karli for fun as fodder. Allan's a wanted man now. I'm sooo proud of him. G

Re: What's Your Character's Theme Song? 6/13/2006 9:15:36 PM   (Total replies: 1)
For Wilem Fuller, "Who Did You Think I Was" by John Mayer Trio: <i>I got half a smile and zero shame I got a reflection with a different name Got a brand new blues I can't explain Who did you think I was? Every mornin when the day begins I make up my mind but change it back again I'm a shifter of the shape I'm in Who did you think I was You got my number but I always knew the score Who did you think I was? Am I the one who plays the quiet songs Is He the one who turns the ...

I too an a huge critic of American culture, and cantankerous about it, so I'm not offended in the least. I had the joy of facing our son's school principal when she brought her little Virginia State Law card to read to me, and deal with her condescending looks of "how dare you so horribly endanger your child" as she explained the ludicrous laws to be. I pointed out, almost gleefully, that we were going to be moving to Washington very shortly, but apologized for not knowing the law and got ...
