How...American of you, Rom.

People who call something where feet are only occasionally used to move the ball - and actually the ball isn't a ball at all, but an odd, pointy oval... thing - are obviously not the most perceptive people in the world...
*mutters something about not trusting the factual knowledge of people who are not even able to understand the not-so-subtle difference between a hand and a foot, and nods sagely*

Heh, well at least you didn't fall into the "English Pride" that Ara's into.
I skiped out on Zidane and Beckham because I didn't think France or England would go very far and we all know that France is all about the keeping. I think Sweden will do same, which is why I loaded up on Swedish fullbacks and stayed away from Ibrahimovic but I believe that Sweden has a better chance than France. |

But lumberg! :p
It's really hard - so many of the players play in the English league that it's tempting to pick them just because the names familiar. |

You seen France's group? ;) I reckon they'll put a bucketload past Togo and South Korea hehe.

As long as we don't have to see Crouch's stupid after-goal robot dance again....Yikes...Really, 6'7" white English men have no business doing that.... |

We all know Brazil are going to win again :p
But that doesn't make for a good FF score though necessarily :p
I think Ara has it right about beckham and crouch. I just find it hard to get a good FF team within the restrictions ;) |

(repeat untill incoherently shiters)
no one can live with the england mid field defensively , who would you change ? answer : no one and when the Roon is fit for the semi against Brazil , the critics will be silenced. Making it an England v Germany final Sound familiar ? 4 - 2 after extra time

But he took the English Keeper!
But, yeah, I think he is right about B&Z. Unlike hockey playoff pools, you're best off going for the people who will score the most in the first group, after that the goals will drop.
So, Ara, why not Henry? |
