As Salt strutted gracelessly and gangly into Swiftfoot Glade, he found the guyver Johe Jaxon sitting on a log, waiting. "Oi ole man," Johe said as Salt called out to him. They had a short conversation in the time it took for Salt to close the distance between the two. "What gives?" Salt asked. "Needed a quiet place to think?" "Jus' come ta check on that cure, culdn' stay down there tho'..." the guyver said pointing to the entrance to Salt's home and demon mausoleum. "Alright ...

Been thinking about this question... hard to say! Got to go with (in no order at all): -All five times I have encountered Jessup the Younger IG, and was completely insolent towards him. -The first carnival and market day that Salt was a part of at the Buckshire fair grounds, where Lucius bought him out of alchemical supplies. "Shopkeeper" was pretty much the persona I had in mind when I rolled up Salt. -Low-level adventures, whether it was the recruiting week some years back, or the ...

Thanks Talos! Speaking of first contact... you know before I started on Vives, I didn't know you could type things into the chat bar and have those words appear above your head at dialogue. I don't think I knew about emoting either, and I certainly didn't know how to walk. Fixtrix had to explain to me about holding down the shift key, etc. So figuring out the RP capabilities of this game all happened on Vives. Maybe that's why I'm spoiled for any other server out there.

Does Pickston's score include the delights he's been enjoying for the last few years IG?

That's the spirit! Without the Gladden Hills meatgrinder you have to get creative to achieve greatness!

Was reading through this thread and found this note from Aesir poignant: <quote>Trolls are no longer #1 for total kills? That's totally, utterly, and in all other ways, incontheivable. Frankly I'm disapponted - there's no excuse really. It's not like Latonei ranger membership has dwindled, or Ferein got destroyed or anything.</quote> ... *congratulates those on the list he actually knows in game* *misses Connavar* *misses Lucius and Marrya/Dana/Nadia*

<b>Caddo</b> Caddo comes from the political set at M'Gok Tukar, having greater than average belly (and therefore attractiveness), a sharp tongue but a reasonably calm demeanor, good listening skills, and a crafty sense for turning things to his advantage. He associates with those who can increase his prestige and cultivates friendships with powerful individuals. Before the Duergar enslaved M'Gok Tukar, Caddo had the respect of his clan, and was counted among the big-men who sat under Chief ...

Heh... nothing like searching through backpacks for healing kits while the minions are circling up around you. Thanks to all the folks who put butts into the seats at the convocation at Ka'azim. I love that kind of stuff and I hope it paid in fun. And nobody said "creepers"! But somebody did say "Bereil"!

I'm shouting about some great RP with Ophelia, Tristian and Johe in Port Royale last night. We got a lot of "work" done. It seems like there's a pretty reliable bull-session in Port Royale every night around 11:00 PM EST or thereabouts. I like! Sorry I run out of steam just as you're coming onto the server JJ. Also gotta shout about the mileage we're still getting out of the Sugar Man plot. I know DSM-IV was ready for that whole story to go away, but its still got teeth (so to speak). ...
