Posted by Lord Murasame on 1/3/2006 6:23:40 PM
(( Arrr... it's been fun man. I hate to see you go, but I suppose there comes a time for us all. Since i've been at Vives i've really enjoyed all the return of the guyver posts, and the Rp Jubei has had with Johe. Best of wishes to you In RL, and hopefully sometime down the road you find some time to Vive yet again. ))

(( Peace and God bless,

107. when you get a day off, and you are excited cause you get to lay around and play vives all day, despite the fact you aren't making any money.

108. when you watch the version number after each reset, waiting for ara to add something so you can go see it.

hmmm... well speaking from a personal view point, i know that all the smiths would be very happy if the rest of the metal stats were updated. It's sad when lowly iron is so much better then cobalt, titanium, or mithral. Thanks

Indeed, thank you Sirac and Sol for a great event. It was short, sweet and too the point, I love it.
When Jessup was being tempted with the offer I went from two extremes. From worrying that Jubei would have to leave there with a total loss of faith in Cora and Jessup, to jumping up and down and cheering him on as Jessup gave em the best Reply I've seen yet to being offered the "easy" way out.
So once again thanks to you crazy Brits for running the event, and ...

((OOC Disclaimer: IF you aren't Jubei, one of the demons, or the Devil himselfSmileythen Rp this accordingly, Thanks))

The Air was stale with a certain warmth to it, and through the flickering torch light mold could be seen growing on the ancient stone work of the prison camp. This growth was of course spurred on by the regular splattering of blood and other viscous fluids, as the ...

11.Re: Beverage of choice?
Posted by Lord Murasame on 1/20/2006 9:28:12 PM
Well I enjoy any good imported Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Scotch or Various Liquor. In fact the only American brew i truly enjoy is Bourbon... but since it's only made in american I suppose it's a must :)

But if i was forced to choose one it would have to be la Fée Verte. Yep the good ol Green fairy.
Absinthe Edouard 72 and Nouvelle-Orléans being my choice among them. Cheers and Drink up ya Buggers :P

13.Re: Are eggs vegetarian?
Posted by Lord Murasame on 1/9/2006 1:20:04 PM
hehe, it's vodka veran.... A neutral Spirit. So the goal reguardless of it's organic base is to be almost tasteless and have as few anti-oxidants, which are associated with hang-overs, as possible. So cheers man, drink up whether it be from TatersSmiley, grain or soy. Cuz in the end, it'll get ya drunk!
14.Re: Are eggs vegetarian?
Posted by Lord Murasame on 1/8/2006 3:07:26 PM
Hmmm... well I found Veran's theory entertaining, if anything.

According to a standard english dictionary, and A medical one.

Vegetarianism is:

"The practice of subsisting on a diet composed primarily or wholly of vegetables, grains, fruits, nuts, and seeds, with or without eggs and dairy products"

So if your a crazy person, and your down with some milk and Eggs in the morning, then go for it. If you got issues eating eggs (which are ...

Hmmm.. and here I am dumping a certain bigBreastedFemaleStatue, like New jersey dumps toxic waste. With that one, and i'll do my best to keep it vague. I was keeping it, as I wasn't sure if Ara was done with it yet... Eh oh well, guess I can go aquire another one when time permits.

oh and it seems Bkatt is a baby stealer too... *shakes his finger at Him* For Shame :)

And speaking of rare i've not seen any Dire maces other than the usually +1,+2,+3 variety

I've seen a few double swords, and only one double axe as well.

As for Veran's post i'd have to agree with him also as i've only seen one special halberd to Date.

Seriously...where do people get all this damned gold from.

I've played three characters on Vives for just over a year, and if I were to combine ALL the gold they've ever had, it STILL wouldn't add up to 150,000!!!! (Well, maybe just barely, but it would be close).

You know, this bard crap just isn't paying the bills!!!!

hmm... Jubei can turn a little more than that in a single trip to one of his ...

I can see a monk fighter and understand it, I cant a monk-ranger, or a cleric-monk. These just dont make sence at all...

*looks at Date Masamune, the Monk/Cleric and follower of vastaldoriun; And Musashi Miyamoto, The monk/ranger a.k.a Samurai...Grins a bit*

hehe, looks like i'm guilty of both. With Date he was a monk of Asashi who disappeared, and then showed up a few years later with no memory of his past. After some exploring and asking ...
24.Re: Monk's once again...
Posted by Lord Murasame on 10/26/2005 3:38:33 PM
I think it's because everyone seem to have there own objective, And on that note. :)

While we may not all agree on what a monk should and shouldn't be in vives, or if they should or shouldn't have IG masters. etc.

I think we can all agree on two things.

One, asashi currently is only a store... and nothing more. it's pretty, don't get me wrong. And i love the BG music. but it needs more contents to this otherwise huge empty monk store.
Now I know you ...

Hmm.. seems i've hit the big red Rant button on Veran. And sadly I think he miss understood all of my Personal Issue with monks in nwn, Smileyso let me clarify.

Yes Veran you are right, the kama does keep the attack bonus... but not the ki strike that all monks get. unfortunately no other weapon gets the the attack bonus that unarmed and the kama get. Even very monk ones like the quarterstaff. ...
