Show of hands...how many of you all lose your level in a respawn? I'm sure it happens often enough but man does it sting.
Last night with the level up portrait showing I dove into a fight headlong because my companions were getting clobbered. There was a moment where I thought of running, but there was no way my character would have done that. I only run when it's just my neck on the line and I've been pretty consistent that way. Needless to say it didn't work out.

| I've done it before, was with a group adventuring into some cave or another, and I leveled up. We had to fall back rapidly, and I got overwhelmed :( |

I have learned as you will learn that Vives is mean. Get used to level 7. I have forgotten what it is like to "level up".
;)
Seriously, congratulations on staying in character even with your "level up" on the line. It proves that Vives was correct in accepting you as a member.
Always remember that whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Unfortunately that also must mean that whatever does kill you must make you weaker.... |
