*Written in atrocious hand writing in a child like manner. Posted on a variety of locations in Port Royal and Buckshire*

OPHELIA NEED HELP.

I wish to help Mr. Ender to find out about his caravans. I need 3 to 4 adventurers to help me. Some yucky people with many legs may be involved. I am poor and can only give you things we find. Group will meet at Four Winds Inn. Please sign if interested.

((I am hoping to do this tomorrow May 10th around 10:00 pm US/Eastern time. Anyone is welcome to come but it might be more enjoyable if everyone was between the levels of 5 and 11.))

...The toothless fool laughed and jostled a drunken neighbor at ol' Doc McGillicutty's. "Ya hearsh thet?!" he shouted, "Three wives! What wouldja do with three wives?!"

The other man, face creased and wearing a long beard that - no kidding - was soaking in his tankard, replied in a soft wry voice "Ah'd give one ter each o' me brothers." The joke was that he had three brothers.

The toothless fool turned to his other neigbhor at the bar, who was spending coin like a wealthy man and drinking volumes of ale without showing the slightest impairment to his bearing or his judgement. He was an enormous half-orc with a wide thoughtful face and sooty grey skin. Inside the door to Doc McGillicutty's rested a tower shield and vicious-looking spiked club, which could not have belonged to anyone else in the bar, anyone else in Buckshire for that matter. The toothless fool (a man so far beneath him!) patted his arm to capture his attention once more and said, "I seen a woman ye kin marry, sure did! Half-breed woman, like yerse'f!"

The half-orc turned on the toothless man. His teeth parted slightly and a word rolled out. "Where?"

"Here, here, in Buckshire!"

Now Doc nodded and spoke of what he had seen. He read to the half-orc what was on a paper bill. If he could shift this hulk over to the Four Winds, all the better...

((good time for me - I'll try and join in))

"What are you talking about?"

"I'm talking about dying."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"It means lying in the ground with dirt on your face and holding your breath forever."

*A small note, tacked up alongside Ophelia's, and written in the professional, unimaginative script of a well-trained student*

Miss Ophelia,

Were there any way for me to join you, I would without reservation. I am required elsewhere. If you can, seek me out prior to your journey. I will offer you what little aid I can provide in the form of a few items.

It is extremely gratifying to know that you are putting your skills to use for such a noble purpose.

Fondly,
Rosen Vimes
