strange, article said it would be out in spring 2006. Thought it was 4th quarter 2006. Can anyone confirm this?

Do not ask of them questions. You will receive three answers, all of which are true and horrifying to know.

It would surprise me greatly if it was out in our calender spring - the impression on the forums is that it's still a long way from completion. That said, a lot of very cool stuff RPG wise is coming out this spring, so if they could tie into that it'd be great.

Otherwise it's not one of those funny financial 'springs' which could actually be what we call autumn could it?

Unless they rush the release to coincide with the other RPG stuff, meaning that the finished product is in need of a heckuva lot of patches and QA. :(

Hey all, just doing my infrequent bob in and out kinda thing.

I cannot remember where I read it, but it was on one of the NWN2 forums by a developer (I think) but they posted NWN will be out Q2.

I think it would be a little odd to invite journalists over for a previews and to start the hype for a game that was not coming out for a year. Other wise there will not be enough new stuff to talk about when it is about to come out.

Probably means that it will be ready by 4th quarter 2006, and therefor it will be out in spring '06, so that customers can do the hard QA testing. Most of the bad show stoppers should be patched by fall 2006 ;o)
