Technical Question

I crashed hard last night and had to reinstall NwN completely on my PC. When I go to try to connect to the patch server it states : No connection to the internet has been connected or the patch server may be down.
Anyone seen this and know a fix ?

Go to nwn.bioware.com and download the patches from there.
