However, you would miss out on the most substancial bonus of a cleric: Raise Dead and Resurrection spells. *Kalannar re-reads the descriptions of each of the goddesses and frets that he hasn't yet had a girlfriend in Vives... oh yeah, except for that fling with Ana... You can make a Viv Cleric and you don't need 27 extra weapon feats to make the character because she'll be able to use the spear (is it spear or just scimtar? I can't remember). Juylina, however, needed Exoitic, Ambidexterity, Two weapon fighting because back when I started her, Naruth's weapon of choice was JUST the two bladed sword. That's why she has fighter levels and such high DEX. Otherwise she'd be just a cleric with higher CHA and enough WIS to cast high level spells. So, mechanically, they have it easier. RPwise, well, you don't have to deal with the emotional distraught when you realize that everyone hates you and are just being nice to your face because you're so beautiful and they're scared of you. They do not even have to be combat forms. But something that can fly. And normal things like a dog or a cat or a rat or a chicken would make a huge difference for druids. I'm totally ecstatic with the Roc form idea for Vilyavean druids. What about a dire white stag form for Eberethans?
