1.Re: Shoutouts

I was glad that Bel was able to get Vil and Nadia to sit at the same table together. What can even compare to the hilarity of a Helkris follower and a Naruthian barely restraining themselves from lunging over the table to rip each others eyeballs from their sockets!? Possibly Oragastus' drunkenness, but still, brilliant!

A shout out to Hans (Merfew) for tackling Bel to the ground, pinning her down, binding her feet and hands up with rope, and carrying her away kicking and struggling from Seil as she attempted to make a deal with the blood spewing fiend.

All I have to say is if the Butcher comes calling, be afraid. Be very, very, very, very afraid.

I am not sure who the dm was, but I wanted to thank them for the hilarious zombie named Carl, and to apologise again for running off halfway through.

A Shoutout to the DM who spawned the horde of undead in that spewed forth from the Midor Crypts, or the "Army of Darkness". Also to Excellen (Gad_Guard) and Val (I X) for keeping Bel alive through the ordeal. If only I had my Boomstick!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to everyone who had to endure Hrothgar's insanity. I know he can be rather dominating in any role playing scenario, and can often disrupt other matters occurring about him without him realising. Thanks for being patient in the face of a crazy old man.

A shoutout to Isania, Evanna, Emma, Ophelia, and Talion for all the fun in the mountains. I had no idea that the journey would end with Bel being revealed as a necromancer! A shoutout to The Narrator also for making it happen.

Bel will be hiding away in a corner rocking back and forth for a long, long time. I had heaps of fun though. Fennigan was a barrel of laughs.

Don't burn the witch!

I still exist, and occasionally check the forums. And I am almost certain that I have not been mauled by a pack of wolves.

I find it hard to play these days, being in the crazy timezone that I live in. And I am also drawing near to finishing up my final year at uni.

((Leaving? Didn't see that one coming.
Bye! It was always fun roleplaying with you in any of your guises [even if I didn't know it was the same person]. You're a great roleplayer and are one of those people that makes spending countless hours IG worthwhile. ...and I'll miss Emma's ripping out of larynges.))
15.New Areas - Some Constructive Criticism
Posted by LowFatPretzels on 6/18/2007 3:46:20 AM
A few of us where traveling around last night (depending on timezones of course) and ended up coming across some of new stuff that had suddenly sprung up. We spent a couple of hours being sailed about to a bunch of very awesome looking areas. They all look fantastic. Though I thought that considering it is new, some feedback would be useful, and some constructive criticism?

We quickly found that there is an elf/half-elf restriction on the entire transport system. Another player and I ...

Yeah, that was the point I was making in that case. : / I wasn't suggesting that Helkrisian characters be allowed into that silly place in the clouds.
And I, nor none of my Helkrisian pcs have nothing to do with the disappearance of that lovable little gnome in the Icy Vale. *Glances left to right* ...Honestly.
17.Water-Walking Dog

I was wandering about with a friendly war hound earlier, and all of a sudden, he decided that he would rather travel upon a nearby lake, rather than the rough stone... I decided to post the screen shots for a laugh.

I like the idea of hiding xp. I know I have done the whole “Oh! I only have X amount of xp until I level! I am going to go kill something, or go on a crafting spree!” However, rather than completely hiding the xp, perhaps a message can be displayed in the stead of an xp amount. What I mean by this is hide the xp on the character statistic screen, but when a character gains xp from some action (other than an rp award) a message can be displayed as a vague gage of what the character has learned, ...
