| 1. | The Courtship of Ophelia: An Orclun love story. Posted by DSM-IV on 9/17/2009 9:19:25 PM “ZIG !! GET BACK HERE AND RUB MY FEET!” A plump Ophelia screams from the back room of the Guyver Store. Zigzig is fast asleep standing up at the Guyver’s Store front counter. He does not stir.
“ZIG! You better not be asleep again or you can forget about sleeping at the foot of my bed tonight!”
Zigzig startles awake and immediately eyes the large Jack-o-lantern on the counter next to him. Half-asleep, he is sure it has started talking again. The moving of the ... |
| 2. | Re: The Courtship of Ophelia: An Orclun love story. Posted by DSM-IV on 9/24/2009 4:57:06 PM The trip to M’Goth Tukar was tough, mighty tough. Zigzig almost froze to death trying to get there. The path had change so much in the years he had been gone. He barely survived. He got lost for 3 days in the frozen lands before finding something he recognized. Living in Port for so long had greatly softened his survival skills. He knew he was lucky to be alive, but that didn’t matter. He might be a little thinner and minus three toes, but he made it. He now stood at the gates of his ... |
| 3. | Re: The Courtship of Ophelia: An Orclun love story. Posted by DSM-IV on 9/30/2009 1:51:51 PM So he must woo her, Zigzig thinks to himself. Woo her as a human would do. His brother Gwar always did tell him he was more human then Orc. Perhaps this will help. Thinking about Gwar made him a little sad. He missed his brother. Gwar had been gone for a very long time. He knew in all likelihood he would never see his brother again and he could really use his help right now. Sure, Gwar would laugh in his face finding out about the plans to woo the Savior of M’Goth. He would laugh but ... |
| 4. | Re: The Courtship of Ophelia: An Orclun love story. Posted by DSM-IV on 10/8/2009 9:44:13 PM It will be perfect, Zigzig thinks to himself. It had taken two weeks to figure out the perfect way to woo Ophelia. Well, he didn’t really figure it out, not really. It was more presented to him.
The following is the direct translation from orclun of a children’s book written by Ophelia in the distant future. As the narrator of this story I feel this is the best way to describe the first wooing attempt of Zigzig. The following is to be read allowed in a public broadcasting ... |
| 5. | Re: The Courtship of Ophelia: An Orclun love story. Posted by DSM-IV on 10/15/2009 10:59:56 AM The first attempt went poorly, monumentally poorly. What was Zigzig thinking putting a severed head into Ophelia’s bed? It was a foolish mistake and hopefully Ophelia would never find out it was him. Ophelia blamed it on that little goblin king Tick Tack who was always sneaking into her bedroom. Zigzig did not offer any resistance to that theory. So, his first try went poorly, but his next idea would be perfect. Once he came up it. *****

| 6. | Re: The Courtship of Ophelia: An Orclun love story. Posted by DSM-IV on 10/23/2009 12:34:55 PM After what seems like endless running, two vomiting episodes, and a pee break. Ophelia and Zigzig saunter into Gladden Farmlands. No, it isn’t a saunter or even a strut for that matter; it is more a horse walk with three dead legs. Ophelia drags Zigzig into the Gladden farmlands like a teenage mother pulling her exhausted three-year-old. She releases her grip and Zigzig tumbles to the packed dirt road. Exhausted, sucking wind into burning lungs, Zigzig lets his face flop onto the hard ... |

Posted by DSM-IV on 11/2/2009 10:44:47 PM (( I am currently in a battle for my PC's life against either a horrific virus or failing hardware. I can only guess what is really wrong due to my virus software going off right before the blue screen of death. For the last 3 days I have been trying to get my PC to boot up into windows with no success. I can't even reinstall windows without getting the blue screen of death. Anyway getting to the point, I am still here but this thread is going on hold till I find a way to fix my mess of a ... |

Forgive me, I haven't written anything in years.)) Zigzig approaches the door to the Guyver store after making his round of deliveries in Port. He had not seen Ophelia for what seemed like weeks now and is worried. It was not like her to be gone for so long. Mr. Johe yes, he would be gone for months at a time, but not Ophelia. Zigzig reaches for the door handle seeing it ... |

| 11. | Re: 12 ANGRY ORCS. Posted by DSM-IV on 6/29/2007 2:32:05 PM Ophelia of the Guyvers Clan.
Ophelia is renowned for her poor life choices and at times down right foolish behavior. Although her stupid choices have brought pain and misery to many, the one’s that know her best still feel she has many redeeming qualities.
Ophelia was not born in M’Goth Tukar but her father was. She has not spent much time there but gained a vast knowledge of Orclun culture through the teachings of the Orclun human Dana. She was cast out of ... |

| 19. | Re: Shoutouts Posted by DSM-IV on 1/18/2007 11:39:15 AM Shoutouts to the DM's for all the work they have been doing lately. With all the new stuff I have been seeing it must have been a lot of work and I appreciate it. |

"Made in Tockticken" is written in smaller characters below the advertisement which features a big orclun woman in a red frock, with red headband, and flaming sword. A floating human woman is illustrated behind her, this one wielding an oversized sword in one hand while summoning a fire elemental with the other. These two seem to be leading a horde in the ... |
| 21. | Re: Shoutouts Posted by DSM-IV on 8/16/2007 3:42:12 PM I had a lot of fun last night and eventhough my butt is dragging from staying up to 3:30 am it was worth it. I think this was the first story line I have actually been apart of that had some kind of ending. Mr. Sprinkles is one heck of a DM. I think last night was just the right blend of RP with hack/Slash. It reallys has me wanting to come back for more. Hugs and Kisses

| 24. | Re: Shoutouts Posted by DSM-IV on 5/2/2006 10:19:11 AM I want to give a shoutout to whoever plays the character Rosen (I think thats it). Ophelia, turned to stone the moment she got through the door, had a great time last night watching you pick off that Medusa with limited visability from a hundred yards out. It was an amazing sight. RP'ing with you was great fun. |
| 25. | Re: Shoutouts Posted by DSM-IV on 5/3/2006 2:49:32 PM I would like to give a shoutout to the person who is the half-orc character Dana for a wonderful fire side story telling. Also, a shoutout to everyone, including the DM, who was present for Ophelia's discovery. Everyone's RP'ing was fantastic. |
