You realize that most people in most countries don't give a flying...*coughs* about rugby? *winks*
Though rugby is rather cool, it's never taken off here in America or most other places. Give me American Football any day of the week. Well,actually i like motorsports better, but Football will have to do.
And congrats to England! It's always good to win, no matter what it is! |

Hmmmm, i guess you could be right, Barnas, but i would think Soccer, or what most everyone else calls football, would be considered god, not rugby. Though rugby is certainly rather fun to watch. Soccer is certainly big in South America, which is part of the southern hemisphere *winks*
I still prefer motorsports. Hey, i even like watching WRC, and they don't even come to America, so i can't be all bad, can i? |

If America competed in this World Rugby Cup, i'm sure we finished last, Tasra We usually do.

Football (It's FOOTBALL, NOT, I say, NOT Soccer! - Soccer is only used in the US I believe).... is by far and away the biggest "game" on the planet...... not sure what comes next but what surprised me is even Cricket is bigger than American Football(Come to think of it nearly all US-based sports such as Baseball).
Rugby is waaaaay ahead too.... so quite an achievement by England huh!
and yeah the US didn't even get out of the group stages :P
But hey! You're World Champions at American Football right? ;)

Actually, Baseball is more of an international sport then i think you realize, Arathon. As is basketball. *shrugs* Though neither come close to Soccer, or yes, Arathon, Football. American Football is still our countries biggest sport, probably always will be. *shrugs* I don't think we've ever asked the rest of the world to understand, they don't have to.
I still prefer motorsports. Doesn't matter what your nationality, everyone that likes watching fast cars has something to talk to each other about. |
