NWN registry file to prevent reinstall

In the past I used to have a registry file for Win XP which allowed me to keep my NWN game dir after say an OS reinstall. Running that would set the necessary registry entries to make NWN run again. Is there something similar for Windows 7 64-bit? Not that I can find that other reg file....
Basically I have everything installed with all the hakpaks etc, but I don't want to reinstall from scratch if I can just run a reg file. Buehler? |

Think I found it on GOG:
Put all the below in a .reg file:
