Hey Guys. Since Tristian (as well as Opehlia and Vrodo) is/are frozen way below Nethar'u, and since no one has negotiated for a trade yet, I had a dang good idea about something that any patron of Helkris (or even Helkris herself) would approve of. Problem being, I have no real way to actually offer it, for obvious reasons.
If there's any way this can be worked with, let me know! Thanks!

You put them in Nethar'u?!??! HAhahahhAhHAhaa... when I suggested Helkris' Temple, I meant the one in Fangduin, where all the frozen statues are.
Were they actually anywhere critical to Helkris? eg. Temple of Helkris, Helkris' Heart, Ischlak Halls (in the temple area). If not, I don't think Helkris will want to keep them permanently - probably only hang onto them long enough to cool their heels, then let them out again (though likely with some proviso).
Helkris is neutral. If they weren't trespassing on sacred ground she wouldn't be so harsh as to keep them as frozen statues forever.
As for Ritz's suggestion, uhm, we can't really comment on it unless he tells us what it actually is...
I'll see if I can coordinate some sort of thaw-out session where they get let off with a warning. Probably won't be this weekend. *Pokes Chief* I'll need the details first of what they actually did.
Helkris will probably get one of her minions to send them off on a quest to try and get to those Xixecal. They don't have to do it—and it will be more of a request (eg. "in your best interests, you may wish to look this up") than a demand (eg. "do this or I'll freeze you again, and you'll never enter my lands again"). |

Suggestion... just tell them they thawed out. Getting back to civilization from there at their level will be punishment enough I imagine. |

What did you have in mind?
Also, I've got something planned, though I need to poke the DM who was on for details, and poke a few Helkrisians too.
Though perhaps you can help me out here - what were you three up to before you got pounced on? I just want to make sure that you weren't dealt a punishment improportional with your actions. Being frozen is something only really reserved for people who've done something very very awful against Helkris, which - by the sounds of it - you weren't doing.
The reason the four of us: Bereil, Tristian, Ophelia, and Vrodo, were there: Was to capture a Duregar warrior, which we did, and then take it for questioning, interrogation, and possibly (more than likely) execution. We didn't vernture any farther than coldheart canyon, and didn't even kill a snow orc on the way there.
What I had in mind of offering was one of Helkris' enemies in exchange for one of the frozen warriors. Someone who directly opposes her, say a Naruthian or a Vilyavian. Makes sense, and it wouold be something that even Aurelya would approve of, I believe.
One last thing. Tristian was going to work out some sort of deal with Aurelya, in the matter which he would attempt to get her permission to get a home put up somewhere in the cold lands, more than likely right off of Icy Vale. Of course, Tristian is still going to work and try to make that happen, even though he's not too thrilled about it.

| Going to stick with just letting them thaw out. If he feels the need to offer up a Naruthian or Vilyavian to Helkris when that happens, he's free to do so. |

Oh dear, this definitely needs to go public.
This is the sort of hilarity that ensues due to miscommunication sometimes. We always had to scramble to correct mistakes like this, but boy, was it entertaining… |
