IDEAS WANTED!

It's been an ambition and intention of mine for quite some considerable time now to bring Ferein to life, to a great extent that's been done through storylines and plots etc which will obviously continue.
But, I am at the stage now where I want to start populating the area during 'down time' as well as it were, with more NPCs/Commoners day to day citizens and - more importantly - static quests.
So, given that among the Vives comunity there are a considerable number of people with imaginative and creative talent, I am asking YOU... ALL of you, for contributions and quest ideas.
Firstly, do NOT post them here, PM them to me as fully as you can, you can be as comprehensive as you like.
Secondly, the quests can be aimed at any level of character from beginner to epic, there is plenty of countryside and adventuring country around Ferein which would be suitable for all types, and by Ferein I obviously mean the realm itself and areas such as the Slyvian and Latonei, so the quests do not HAVE to have a particularly elven slant or objective, though obviously I would hope the majority do.
Thirdly, the quests do not need to be based around existing NPCs, if you have an idea for one then I will consider that too, though obviously it helps if they are something that would fit in Ferein society as iit stands.
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, serious suggestions please. My PM inbox is cluttered enough as it is without adding to stuff I don't really want.
