Breakdown

* There are 12 months to a year
* There are 30 days to a month
* There are 6 days to a week
* There are 24 hours to a day

Midor acknowledges only three seasons:

* Lumenox [Summer] - the bright, living season
* Crescindelle [Autumn] - the ripening/dying/harvest season
* Glacille [Winter] - the cold season

The months are as follows:

1. Springarre
2. Kramiarre
3. Solarre
4. Luminarre
5. Quercusarre
6. Azurinarre
7. Cassadarre
8. Serildarre
9. Myridarre
10. Vyntarre
11. Diamarre
12. Mortuarre

The days are as follows:

1. Justicadi
2. Binardi
3. Tripladi
4. Tetradi
5. Silvradi
6. Herialdi

Years are counted from 0 SD

* SD = Salvation from Darkness
* This is the year that Kramer and Sprenger arrived on the scene as the first harbingers of Midoran and saved Aristi from the plague
* There is no other reckoning - anything before 0 SD is counted in negatives (eg 10 years prior = -10 SD)
* 2005 AD in RL = 1001 SD

Date Format

Because months are perfectly divisible by weeks, dates are expressed as:

Nth [Day Name] of [Month Name], [Year Number] SD

Example 1: 9th day of Solarre, 990 SD

Would be written as:

2nd Tripladi of Solarre, 990 SD

Example 2: 25th day of Diamarre, 915 SD

Would be written as:

5th Justicadi of Diamarre, 915 SD

Therefore...

Midor Day is: 1st Justicadi of Springarre, 0 SD

Foundation Day is: 2nd Silvradi of Kramiarre, 1001 SD

Battle of the Plains is: 3rd Justicadi of Cassadarre, 1001 SD

Destruction of the Paladin Order: 4th Justicadi of Kramiarre, 1002 SD

Hours/Telling Time

Midor uses 24 hour time.

So...

9am = the ninth hour.

1pm = the thirteenth hour.
