a complaint, sworn before the Clerk of the High Court of Midor City

I, known in these lands as PALFREY, styled "the Timid", proclaimed by the High Priest of Holy Midoran as Friend of Midor, and holder of a certificate of gratitude issued by the High Justice of Midor,
do state, swear, declaim, attest and aver that:
one HANS WILHELM, a rogue and murderer formerly and sometimes of Port Royale, sometimes identifying himself as "GOETHE, PALADIN OF SIF," did on this day and in this city commit attempted theft upon my person. I denounced him to the City Guard, who should by now have him in custody.
I similarly swear that I shall appear before the High Court to attest to the truth of these charges.

| .....I know thiz man.....He called Jezzup a zimpleton...juzt becauze Jezzup did not know where there iz a glovez zalezman......hahahahaha i may be zimplton....but i know if there iz a glove zalezman or not.....frind Palfriez...you juzt let Jezzup know if you need help...i have been very zuccezful in converting many of the goblinz.....into a more peazful exiztanze...*wipes blood of fists* |

Greetings Sir Palfrey!
This man has stolen some money from me! After some yelling on my part (and the presence Sir Dias at my side) he returned the money.
However, a short time afterwards someone tried to rob me, then murdered me and while I bled to death he stole a spear from me. If not for Midoran's mercy I would not have lived to tell the tale. I have strong belief that the one known as "Goethe paladin of Sif" was the one who murdered me.
Sir Palfrey, if you need my help to bring this evil man to justice - don't hesitate to ask from me. I hope Justice will be served.
