Computer prob Posted: 16 May 2006 10:34 AM |
Hiya folks,
Wondered if anyone might know just why this is happening. I’ve got two computers. The first which I prefer not to use anymore works fine, this one not so much, and yet they seem almost identical in most ways.
Anyways. . .
On the Vives website when I get on, on this new computer, the text and the rest of the website is very small. To the point that, if I wanted to read anything, I would have to copy and paste the text. Needless to say, I don’t get on the forums all that often due to that.
I checked my computers resolution and came up empty, and have no other ideas where I should look. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. |

| Hold ctrl and use the mouse wheel to toggle the font size. Or go to View > Text Size (or something similar, depending on your browser) and select the size you want. |

| Yup just choose view from the top dropdowns and then text size and you should be good to go ;) |

What you are seeing is likely due to the fact that you have a higher resolution set on the "new" computer.
Right click on an empty spot on the desktop and select properties> click the far right tab (settings)... should show the resolution....click the advanced button ... there should be a "DPI" drop down box... here you can select a larger font for all programs. |
