The New Order

At long last, construction of the much-awaited University in the Eastern Districts of Midor has been completed. Yet the University itself has been put on hold indefinitely. By decree of His Grace, the White Bishop Vidus Khain, the premises are now being used for the Academy of the New Order.
The past is slain and the future awaits.

The Proscription

The Justification of Midor continues.
Proscription lists now line the Northern Gates and Plaza, bearing the names of those who are considered traitors of Midor. This includes, but is not limited to:
* All Paladins who have not joined the Righteous Swords
* All Priests who are abroad and did not answer the summons to Midor
* All citizens who have, ever since the pilgrimage began when The Just Hand manifested himself, not renewed their vows to Midoran at his Central Temple
Any caught collaborating with or harbouring those on the lists will be Justified with all due haste.
All are commanded to report sightings of the proscribed—both within the Holy City and without—immediately to the Central Office of the Righteous Swords.
All military personnel are reminded that it is their duty to kill any of the proscribed on sight. Any soldier found delinquent—whether they be a lowly guard or a newly inducted Righteous Sword Knight—will be dealt with harshly.
