A long list in Buckshire TP and Port Royale

I, Ana'Estasia, have at long last decided to auction off many of the items I have had hoarded about my establishment for a long time. Below you will see a listing of all that I have. You may place your bids alongside this notice. I will check this list often and three days after the last bid on an item it will be considered sold. This auction will run for one months time from now. (4/18/06) Please do not deface other's bids or remove them. Once an item is sold I will attempt to contact the winner and arrange a time for delivery. If there are any questions or if you would like more information on a particular item please send inquiries to the old watchtower due west of Lynaeum. I believe that covers everything so allow me to begin the list and the bidding. To make things simple, assume the starting bid for each item, unless otherwise specified, is two thousand gold.
Platinum Longsword - The sound created by this blade as it cuts through the air is nearly ear splitting, and the strength of the metal seems almost to join with your own. ((1d4 sonic, +1 universal saving throws))
Exquisite Padded Armor - This is some of the best crafted padded armor of these times. Very comfortable and yet offers a good deal of protection. I have one remaining ((+3 ac))
Scales of Truth - This heavy armor makes up for its weight by allowing the wearer to occasionally see what is normally unseen. ((+1 ac, Fort save +1, see invis 1/day))
Cloak of Resistance - These fine cloaks help save adventurers every day ((+2 saves universal))
Tower Shield - These tower shields come with some decent enchantments. I also have two. ((+2 ac))
Chromatic Breast Plate - This colorful breast plate will help keep you safe not only from swords axes and arrows, but also from the heat, the cold, and lightning too! Two available.((+1 ac, cold/elec/fire resist 10/-, medium armor))
Gnomish Magnetic Armor - This heavy armor will absorb large amounts of arcane energies. Use it well. Starting at five thousand gold. ((+1 ac, SR 12))
Ironwood small shield - This wooden small shield is very light, so even mages might want to pick one up. ((Arcane spell failure -5%, 40% weight))
Silver Mace - This mace made of silver is extremely harmful to those of the undead and those that change form as well. ((Att bonus vs shapeshifters +3 vs undead +2, Damage bonus vs shifters 1d4 fire vs undead 1d4 positive energy))
(sold but lost) Netherese Axe - This greataxe offers the ability to soak some arcane magic from the air, it also seems to enhance ones knowledge and perk their ears. ((+1 weapon, listen +3, Lore +3, SR 10))
Robes of Electrical resistance - Whether you like to play in the rain or you know a mage that doesn't understand how lightning works, these robes are for you. ((electrical resistance 15/-))
(sold but lost) Re's Redemption - This greataxe works well against the foul of the world, most notably the orcs. ((+4 vs orcs, electrical damage 1d6 vs evil, +2 weapon))
Blade of the Red Masque - This two bladed sword is able to sap the very health from an enemy. Could be very potent. ((+1 weapon, on hit 1d2 CON damage DC - 14))
Stonefire Axe - This greataxe has a fire sigil marked onto it, in my experiences fire weapons are almost always a good choice in todays adventuring world. ((+1 weapon, +2 fire damage))
Large Shield - This large shield has decent enchantments. ((+2 ac))
(sold but lost) Small Vizor Crossbow - This light crossbow comes equipped with a vizor to help make your shots hit the mark. (( +1 weapon, bonus feat point blank shot))
Harbinger Kin - This greatsword has a small fire sigil. Excellent for those cold winter nights and no campfire. (( +1 weapon, +2 fire damage))
Chainmail - This chain is made very well and has some minor enchantments. ((+2 ac))
Heart of the Golem - This dagger was supposedly forged from a golems heart. I'm not sure I believe it, but hey, it's still very sharp and pointy and kills what you need it to. ((+2 weapon))
Goggles of night - Tired of everyone else being able to see in the dark, but you need a torch? These will help immensly. ((darkvision))
Leather Armor - This set of armor has some minor enchantments to safeguard its wearer. ((+2 ac))
Lesser Staff of Syn - This staff comes from Maldovia, and carries with it the areas dark history. ((+1 weapon, Vampiric Regeneration +1))
Maldovian Defenders Armor - This medium armor comes from the defenders of Maldovia... before they were turned. Let's hope it serves you better. I have two sets available. Starting at six thousand gold. ((+4 ac, Save vs fear +4, light 10(m) purple))
Robes by the House of Fryar - Some nice silken robes. Anyone would look good in these. ((+1 ac, Char +1))
Hood of Stars - This is the lesser version of the Hood of Stars, but it still helps light your way. ((+1 ac, Spot +1, light 20(m) white))
Darken Armor - This light armor has many pouches of things to help disguise yourself in nearly any situation. ((+1 ac, hide +3, camoflage 1/day))
Silver Leather - This leather has been interwoven with silver threads to help keep the reaching hands of undeath at bay. ((+1 ac, +2 vs undead)) |

Sparky takes some time over reading the poster, golden helm moving slowly from side to side, gloved fingers tapping on various descriptions. Finally he removes a fine quill pen from a pouch and writes a brief note next to one item:

((All over Vives little old ladies are mugged at demon-point*, their life savings pilfered, their hopes of quiet retirement ruined....and all because someone is charging 20,000 for a pair of boots...

A halfling pauses in front of the notice board, a golden helm scanning from side to side. Finally it stops...dead. Hmmm.
A fine feathered quill appears with the help of a muttered phrase and describes elegant arcs as a little neat print is added to the page.
"Sparky Shorttall bids 45,000 for the Boots of the North."
Then Sparky walks off humming to himself and wondering where he can come up with sufficient witnesses to alibi him for the next day or two. |

Sparky stands in front of the notice and frowns, some days it just isn't worth getting up in the morning. He weighs his purse and frowns some more. Finally Sparky shrugs, pulls out a quill pen and writes:

It would seem that there are some items that have been bid upon 3 days past. This is the final day to bid on the following items. If anyone should raise the bid, then the bidding shall resume on said item for another three days. If there has been no other bids on these items by the time of midnight, the highest bidder will be contacted and arrangements for payment and delivery will be made. It is the final day of bidding for the boots of the north and Balduran's armor. Both are currently at an amount of 75,000 coins. If no further bids are recieved by midnight (that's midnight EST), the items will be sold.
