I cant log in (keeps timing out)

Its quite frustrating to see 16 people online and everytime you press play you get a black screen and then you time...
Have I not installed something right or in the right place? or is there a bug?
If any one can help that would be great.

Server crashing muchly today.
We are working on tracking down the cause and fixing it.

It could well be a corrupt player character file causing the crashes......... when it loads and people are in game could people please look and see who was the last person to login and put their login name down on this thread please? :D
If it's a corrupt file, we can sort it out relatively easy, but it has been known to consistently crash the server beforehand.

I think we've found out what's wrong (well, Paul anyway :P) , we're testing right now to see........... sorry for the troubles and crashes, but it should be sorted within the next 20 mins or so :D

The good news is that we have found out what is causing the problem.
The bad news is we have no idea why it is causing a problem.
Working on it now...
Should be no more crashes for a bit since we know what to avoid.
