Greater Beastly Buffers Not Accessible At Level Up?

A while back there was a discussion about the Greater Beastly Buffers being available to all/most spellcasting classes and since there were no scrolls (and none planned for implementation in the near future) that they could be accessed via level up.
At present I only have Greater Fox's Cunning, and I just levelled up. My only option for a spell to take is Greater Eagle's Splendor. I was hoping to take Greater Bull's Strength and Greater Cat's Grace, but for some reason I can't learn them.
Is this as intended, or can it be fixed before I level? I'd rather not go another few months before I learn more of these spells. |
