Posted: 14 Jan 2006 07:13 PM Probably in the wrong spot... but here goes... I don't normally get bent outta shape over deaths. Just ones that don't seem like they should have accured... that being said... I died to a death slaad spell. But I had immunity to death magic up?!?... Any thoughts? Posted: 14 Jan 2006 08:27 PM Yes, the spell would be important, in the last HOTU NWN patch, Both Weird and implosion are no longer prevented by death magic immunity. Make sure you bring along death immunity spells too, just so you can rule out that possibility. I just love to watch the way weird decimates a party. and the visuals! *sigh* I prefer the visuals of the implosion spell, even though I've never been clerically inclined (until Vives)(not that those Clerics even cast spells) but Weird is a little too fancy for me. Besides, I watched, and it didn't kill me, I don't see what's so special about the spell. *Hmph* *Edit* You know, honestly, I like the visuals of phantasmal killer (The lesser form of the spell) Like 500% more, I mean, that would scare the life out of me.
