epic spells

Whats the deal with epic spells, can you take them as a feat or are they solely given by dms?
Or are only custom epic spells given out by dms and are the standard epic spells available as feats?
If so is it useless to waste feats on epic spells and if you do will you be deleveled?

Epic spells are only granted by DMs, and only for outstanding RP. There is no application procedure for this. The DM Team decides on their own.
The best way not to get an epic spell is to ask for one. |

| Of course i read the thread, i was just not sure if that was about some customized epic spells or about the usual epic spells, but now i understand that you cannot take epic spell feats at all. Thanks for clearing that up and i apoligize for coming across ignorant (which i am not, well maybe a little...) |

on my to-do list is to make some of the more "common" epic spells findable and learnable IG.
My mage ("Midoran be praised!") is now capable of learning epic spells, so it is in my interest to make this happen ;)
(of course, it depends on a new quest tracking system that has to be created...*sigh* so it goes)
