I unlocked the big door for him and he went in. He fought well, but was no match for the demilich unsurprisingly. The Demi lich put a geas on him to find a "spell of great ruin" (greater ruin epic spell) and return it to him. So, X will get to find an epic spell, learn of it and give it up. (awwww). He went to Kaazim, but they will not release such information as it has a habit of destroying the seeker (the quest for knowledge of such extreme necromantic magic) Where can he find the knowledge? 1/ defeat the high priestess of helkris in the temple in netharu and the book will be found 2/ halls of numen, make a copy of what is written in the book to be found there 3/ Friel could teach him. Once he returns the book to Desthades, he will be released from the geas and Desthades learns a new spell. - Paul Purpose in life: finding better ways of allowing players to kill themselves. If he goes over the top with it, have the demi lich desthades send him a tell (custom, undead, other, desthes (or however it is spelled) and remind him to control himself appropriately. This is quite cruel. We set X on a quest to find an epic spell, then he had to give it away without learning it.
