Asashi does not allow you to rest

Being a place open to all as a neutral terrotory, where one adventurer, can ask for protection, and rest inside the mosnatsery makes no sence, one cant rest in Asashi without a campsite.
I was caught by a DM resting inside the monastery, and despite the fact I knew I shouldnt have done a campire inside it.. I couldnt also understand why wouldnt a monk rest in his own monastery.
I think this should be changed. |

Because lighting a campfire sets fire to the rugs.
