Im sure it was just some missunderstanding... take it easy mate... this team hasnt been rude or unfair with me so far, and I think all players can say that. Im sure this was just a missunderstanding.
What event was this?
And I do think you should have pmed all DMs instead of this... |
Why search around when the answer is within you...?

For those who have read the thread please keep this in mind
1/ misunderstandings happen. text is an imprefect communications medium, especially when involved with a DM who is dealing with an event and multiple player hopping around managing everything.
2/ sometimes when awarding XP players do something unexpected, like log out before we can get to them, then the DMs get busy before they can get back to it.
3/ If you have a specific question about how you think you have been treated, ask the DM the question plainly and directly. Who knows what they might have on their mind, especially when busy.
If you feel you cannot ask the DM directly, then ask another.
Really, we are not trying to tee people off.

Yep, misunderstanding on my part. When you said "was anything given" I thought you meant an explanation about what the heck all that madness was about or an item. Sorry. My mind was still on other things, like sorting out people who ran into the anti-magic zone and lost all the properties on their equipped items.
And the moral of the story is: if you log out before a DM gives you your xp, don't be afraid to mention that "anything" means "xp" specifically! And try not to log out before the DM says bye bye. |
