I.C.E. This is an OOC thread

ok, this may be looked on as a bit of a depressing thread but I needed to post this.
I Live in England, after the london bombings one of out emergancy services came up with something called I.C.E., basically it stands for In Case of Emergancy.
What you do is put a contact in your Cell phone called I.C.E. under this contact list the detailes of the person you want to be contacted in case of an emergancy.
Given what we are all facing in this day and age ((OOC)) and now with Hurican Katrina.
well I have made lots of friends in Vives,
I would like you all to do this for me, put I.C.E. on your Cell phone
this isnt spam, I have done it.....
The emergancy services in England know to look for I.C.E on peoples Cell phones and sim cards.
