Disturbance in Buckshire trading post Posted: 24 Aug 2005 01:23 AM |
Front page story of the most recent Port Royale tribune
An unidentified apparantly halfling female assaulted several in the trading post during the night.
According to an eyewitness the unidentified female was apparantly escorting Jessup of Port Royales own , Pick and Jess wild tours. According to eyewitnesses the unidentified female flew into a jealous rage upon apparantly discovering she was not the only one who had had relations with Jessup. She proceeded to assault several but eyewitnesses report miss Angel Swampleaf , merchant of the trading post, was her obvious target.
When reporters caught up with miss Swampleaf she replied simply that she did indeed know the notorious entrepreneur, and confirmed her invitation to his next sponsored 'fight night in the port'. When asked if their relations were on more than a friendly basis, miss Swampleaf refused to comment.

Extra, Extra.....
This just in...P&J Enterprises spokesman has issued a statement regarding the story. Nicodimus the Scribe was quoted as saying the following...
"We at P&J Enterprises send our heart felt sympathies to anyone injured or assaulted last night. We all are well aware of those that are jealous of P&J Enterprises and will stop at nothing to see to its downfall this includes slander. We are considering taking the PR Tribune to the magistrate to deal with this matter. Mister Jessup was in no way....repeat no way in relations with any of these women. Mister Jessup is an upstanding citizen of the Port and has donated countless amounts of gold to those unfortunate masses who live on the streets. One last thing..Mister Jessup has requested the names and addresses of all the females present at last nights attack......this is for Mister Jessup;'s dear friend Vandle and in no way is to be interpeted for Mister Jessup's pleasure.....Mister Jessup will be releasing another statement in the near future...thank you. |
ONWARD AND UPWARD! |
