The Comprehensive Tome of Oils and Acids

This small book is written with a small and sloppy handwriting.
One of the major areas of Alchemy is the preparation of oils and acids. Oils and acids are used to enchant items, to polish gems, and to prepare leather goods.
Enchanting Oils:
Oils are prepared in empty flasks that are made by tinkerers. With a mortar and pestle, carefully grind and mix one skeleton’s knuckle and one white mushroom while praising the Emerald Enchantress.
Polishing Oil
Oils are prepared in empty flasks that are made by tinkerers. With a mortar and pestle, carefully grind and mix one black cohosh root and one spotted mushroom while acknowledging Emerald Enchantress’s intellect.
Tanning Acid
Acids are prepared in glass vials. Mix one belly of a fire beetle with one handful of sapphire dust and grind it. Be careful not get any fire beetle belly juices on you. Place it in the glass vial and chant the Emerald Enchantress is beautiful.
Tanning Oil
Tanning oils are prepared in empty flasks. It is quite similar to preparing tanning acid in that you need one belly of a fire beetle. However, combine it with one red mushroom. As you pour it into the empty flask, praise the Emerald Enchantress’ greatness.
