Vives Player's Handbook Posted: 16 Jul 2003 03:53 PM |
I've been preparing a Player's Handbook for Vives, and am glad to announce that a rough-draft is ready & is currently available on the FTP for those who have access to it. I'll be adding to it in the next while to make it alot more complete, esp. concerning the Application process as well as our Ethos (informal guideline of behaviours that we go by). This should help the new-comers / applicants get a good idea of what we are about, and regular players a simple reference manual.
It's currently standing in at 65 pages & 19,000 words... :P

Does this include all the stickys on rules and such we had in the old forums? We had many good, developed rules and guidelines layout out from everything to PK, RP, and meta-gaming concerning VIves and the overal vision. If not, then can someone please try and find that old stuff still (if it is not lost :\)

Please sign/reply here to petition the addition of M'Gok Tukar into the PHB under places of interest (As my forum thread details ALL the history on it already :P)

Hmm.. your right Fen. I'll make sure it gets into the next edition, though probably under Civilizations and Histories rather than places of interest, or are Half-Orcs not worthy of being a civilization and only an interesting oddity?

BTW... I believe the latest copy is with Alo - if anyone would like to writeup sections that are yet to be written-up (details of Ethos comes to mind), please post your interests here.
If you're interested in submitting material for the PHB, also post your interests here!
