dreaming of Tanning and Tailoring

Ok, here is some more dreams, first, I wish that tanning acids were corrected so when you use them you receive an empty flask, not a vile. They are made with flasks but give viles, makes it hard to replenish them without getting tinkering.
Secondly, the book of patterns. I have looked everywhere, and now unless I am blind, I cannot find them at all.
Also, if we could have maybe an npc who atleast offered cloth patterns or a book of patterns in Midor, maybe at Versucchis

It's in the recipes for some types of armour
For some you can get by with just a pattern, for others the book is also listed as an ingredient |
