There have been reports that Fri'el Skygem, who you will remember recently attacked our fair and illustrious province has been sighted in the Plains near out great city.
Most concerning are the reports that she has slain two innocent men, as was witnessed by a member of our Guard on patrol near the city. The guard the bravely returned to Midor to report, before heading out without another man to protect him-yet Skygem was not found in this search.
This is proof of the unholy, cold hearted and immoral nature of this woman!
Citizens and residents of Midor, you are instructed in Midorans grace to flee if you see her, she is to be considered extremely dangerous, and without a question armed.
If you meet, your life may be in peril. Do not approach her!
Please report any sightings of her to the appropriate authorities in the law courts, that this dangerous woman can be tracked.
