To help me get a little organised on this:
Could those interested in participating in any of the Arts competitions (they will mainly be poetry and story-telling focused) or the Gladiatorial Events (all classes) please Reply below with their char's name and level (you don't have to post level if you don't wish to), also class might be cool ;)
This will help me set up the schedule of events so everyone has a chance to participate or watch. Also we might want to add further events :P
Cheers

| Soapie might turn up to sing a few drinking songs or drink heroic quantities of ale, if drinking is considered an art. If there's a fire breathing contest I'm sure she'd sign up for that aswell. |

Hi folks
I'm going to be doing some updates to the mod for the event (and otherwise) on Friday..... so these events will take place on Saturday and sunday.
Now....... we have a lot of players in differing timezones, so can we all repost as to what we are interested in participating in...... and also the times (I am GMT but flexible since it's Holiday time)..... preferably in GMT ;)
Then tomorrow I will get up a schedule... Macha..... I'll fit the Songs, Poetry, Storytelling around you as you're the world-wide famous bard ;)

Re: Port Royale Jubilee Celebrations Posted: 09 Apr 2004 01:59 PM |
OK Sunday it is then for the majority of events..... I'm thinking thus:
Sunday 3pm GMT - Beauty Pageant.
Sunday 5pm GMT - Amphitheatre related Events.
Sunday 7pm GMT - The Great Hunt.
Sunday 9pm GMT - Theatrical Events such as Storytelling, Songs etc......
Sunday 10pm GMT - The Jubilee Ball finale.
How does this fit folks? I'm also going to sort some smaller events and spectaculars for Saturday evening/night GMT-time. :D
Let me know how it fits.
All events will take place in the new Palace of Aquinas (soon to have been fully refurbished), the Amphitheatre will host the Games (more to come on those), whilst finally the Great Hunt will take place within The City and outlying lands.
