Play for the Plot without war - Bardic Inspiration

Right, since i've dubbed today my last day of holiday before I settle my nose firmly to the grindstone, I was intending to come up with some ideas, perhaps even the basis of a script for the play which we're hoping to get together. (See the plot without war thread for more details.)
If anyone else would like to contribute, or feels that they've got ideas which are in more of a clear state than mine for Sharra, please PM me and we can get something off the ground :D
I'm definitely looking foward to this plot, so I hope I'm not out of line in getting this kicked off!
If I am, just let me know, and I'll leave it for the time being :)
