Ferein InnerCity borked?

Greetings,
I was out traveling around and ran into this zone.. it takes over 90% longer to load than any other zone I've been to and when it does finally load.. it dumps me off the server.
My character is now stuck in that zone and I cant login with her.
Alexus De'Arthe is the character
Load time update:
First 75% of the zone: 14 seconds
Last 25% of the zone: 3 minutes 20 seconds
Attempts: 11
Disconnect timeout percentage: 100% |

Likely this is an issue with the copy of the elven city tileset hak in your hak folder being corrupt. The hak file is ElvenCity.hak.
If you still have the Vives hak pack 4 saved, you can try reextracting them all, or you can download just the Elven City hak from the nwvault here.
Let me know if that helps, otherwise we'll figure something else out. I know Arathon was having issues because the Elven City hak uses some dds textures and doesn't have the lower res .tga's to match them. I don't know that this would cause you not to be able to load the area, but if you have a lower quality video card, this might be the issue. I'll let Arathon tell you what he had to do if you think that might be the issue |

It disconnects the player upon zoning in, and doesn't load correctly.
My character is trapped there and I cannot log in with her anymore because the zone is bugged.
I moved this from another thread (and deleted that thread since it was the same as this pretty much.)
The area doesn't seem to be the issue, I can enter it fine, granted it did take a long time to load due to its size. See my above reply and let me know if that helps, likewise, if lots of other people are having the same problem, post here so we can see if it is a larger issue |

thanks, some how my character was moved out of InnerCity, and I re-exracted the 4th hak.
I am very reluctant to re-enter that zone for fear of my character no longer working.
I 'think' the issue is that the zone takes so long to load that the connection times out, but I don't know if that would be the case. |

| I first explored it yesterday when it was just added to the mod and the last 20% or so also took a longer time to load (I'm was on dial-in then though, I'll try this afternoon on cable). But I got nowhere near the time needed that you indicated. |

| I don't get kicked out or anything like that, though it takes a while to load (I'm on cable) I'd just assumed it was because there are a lot of things like trees about. The load screen does hang around 75% for a while but no other problems. |

Had absolutely no trouble loading in to the Inner City as neither did Calia. But we both share the same cable connection so perhaps thats why.
