more crafting woes

| I decided to try to make bows with a new char this morning. As soon as I got one hickory branch from a tree, the tree changed from "Hickory Tree" to something like "Tree-Choppable Hickory, which was no longer able to be harvested from. This happened with 4 trees in a row. |

What message did it give, when you could not harvest? Any?
Not that I had anything to do with either the trees or the tools, but that information will help whoever has to try to fix it. |

it is a natural feature of most of the craftable resources to prompt a "Bash" command once clicking them... however, some blueprints do not have this prompt.... Right clicking on it and saying "Bash" manually, like a normal bash technique will yield the same results....

| I didnt try bash--I got no message just inaction--and the trees actually changed their appearance as well as the label. |
