Realllllly?

Edit: Seriously? Really? That bad?

I may be a bit harsh with my judgement of this game, but bad cameras, getting stuck in corners, and a poor targeting system is often what makes or breaks a game for me. This is just my own inept opinion, and im sure there are people who will strongly disagree with me, because they appreciate different aspects of games.

You mentioned that the physics was a lot of fun. I am just wondering how much fun you can get out of it.

The physics are good. However not everything is as professed, breakable. There are many things like gates and big trees that will break in a spectacular and natural fashion, whilst decorative items like thin willows and bushes on the side will only rustle no matter how much you beat them. I find the enemies to be rather generic, and beating them is often most effective by using the same combo over and over to smash through them. There is quite a few inventive things you can do with the force, and yes it does look cool, but being inventive is not what is really rewarded in the game. Run around, smash thing with your most upgraded powers, the same way again and again, and you breeze through the game.

You can have a lot of fun tossing stormtroopers at tie fighters (if you can manage to target a stormtrooper and not a immovable object, that is), but to me it feels a bit like a fun gimmick, rather than the focus of the game itself.

All this being said, its not a bad game, but it's IMO far from all it was hyped up to be. If you are a big Star Wars fan, you're likely to be able to look past its faults, enjoy the story, and have a good few hours of fun. The story is as i said the best part of the game, to the extent that it overshadows the gameplay.
