| 1. | Re: Shoutouts Posted by Amras on 1/18/2006 7:35:44 AM Would like to thank everyone for all the RP with Londo, Syluné and Tomi in particular, who have proven good friends of Londo Which he can use, lately. |
| 2. | Re: What's Your Character's Theme Song? Posted by Amras on 2/24/2006 6:23:40 PM This was the lyrics I was thinking of for Kyrian. It describes his tremendous curiosity and persistency.
The River sings - by Enya
Our words go beyond the moon. Our words go into the shadows. The river sings the endlessness. We write of our journey through night. We write in our aloneness. We want to know the shape of eternity.
Who knows the way it is? Who knows what time will not tell us?
Mountains, solitude and ... |
| 3. | Re: Vives Personals Posted by Amras on 3/3/2005 5:52:55 AM A man from the barbarian tribes on the Plains, Faldan Stormland is often an imposing sight to strangers. With his greataxe nearly always on his shoulder and that combined with his often grumpy way of speaking makes him one that is often treated carefully. Below this rough behavior, lies a calm and also saddened man. He honors the Mother, Elbereth, for he believes there is always life beyond death. Many a secret is held within his heart, secrets he rarely reveals. |
| 4. | Training of Londo Posted by Amras on 11/8/2005 1:20:59 AM He listened quietly to his newest big example, mister Byron. He had never felt so proud in his life. To stand here, amongst these noble men, as their equal (not in size!). He could barely contain several cheers as Byron finished his words. But did he hear it correctly? He wasn't allowed to be proud? Londo pondered the words for several moments. I'll learn in time He then smiled hearing the words, that they were allowed to practice their sword forms, but saw the others split up. He bit ... |

| 6. | A -little- bit of a hand returns Posted by Amras on 12/12/2005 1:09:02 AM Right in the middle of one of the many trainings, a familiar Halfling comes walking up, although quite a bit different then how he used to walk. More matured, more... hardened. It seems quite natural and fitting with him. As if the turtle finally learned where he has the shell for. The small Hin walks over at Byron, ignoring any gazes he might witness, and kneeled in front of Byron.
'Sorry, mister Byron. For being gone so long. I promise to explain everything later.'

| 7. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 2/19/2006 8:26:06 AM Well, I safely got back. It's been a very unpleasant ride, but I made it. I don't have much time to talk right now so I'll write down a detailed report later, okay? Yes, of course it's okay. A book can't think. |
| 8. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 2/7/2006 1:10:40 AM Dear Rosey,
Short entrance, as I didn't want to keep you waiting. I'm deep in enemy territory. Gnolls all around me, really. Went here several days ago and haven't been able to sneak out - these Gnolls are more powerful then the ones I am used to. Oh, I asked Claudia on a date. I stuttered like a moron and I think it's a 'no'. Silly me.
Take ca... *several stripes and splatters of ink, obviously something out of the ordinary having happened* |
| 9. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 2/8/2006 1:46:15 AM ((An RP story as to what happened to Londo will follow soon. I have been too busy and tired lately to RP, suffering from the piles of work that are left over from my 'constant-Vives-Online' time. I got through the hardest part now, but I trust on coffee now to keep me awake, which isn't a very good progress.
If anyone's searching, Londo is, for now, unfindable. No one seems to have heard a word of him as of late, except some commoners (truthfully) claiming he went in to the Midor ... |

Now, back to the IC stuff )) |
| 11. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/25/2006 1:42:06 AM Dear Rosey,
It's been awhile since I've written an entry in you. My apologies for that. I didn't really feel like opening myself up, mostly because I would have trouble seeing the truth lying within there. But, luckily, I pulled a bit straight again. After a heated argument with miss Ulalume, I've once again thrown aside a path to follow another. I am going to be a knight of Aristi now -- even if it means walking the path in the Inner City of Ferein a thousand times. Even if it means ... |
| 12. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/28/2006 12:35:53 PM Dear Rosey,
Some trouble at home, mostly because mom doesn't like me being away so often. She's afraid I go out with the wrong crowd. Of course, I have not told her about people like Dana and that big orc shaman, but still. She's too worried for me. I tried finding out why, which I was incapable of, until Mayrene (my little sister) said that it was because I'm the man around the house now. I was stunned! She was right. Ever since dad had died, I was the only one old enough to take ... |
| 13. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/29/2006 11:36:04 AM Dear Rosey,
I have the most wonderful idea! I'm going to have my own newspaper! I got the idea from mister Lucius, who was sitting in the Icy Vale Inn together with miss Macha. We already came up with a name, The Golden Times. I'm a little unsure about it still. It's supposed to be something of a newspaper for all adventurers, rather then the 'common folk'. I thought about adding something of a magical creature in. How about The Pixie Express? Wait a minute... The Pixie ... |
| 14. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 2/2/2006 5:18:31 PM Dear Rosey,
Lately I've been very bored with what I've been doing these last couple months. It's starting to get a drag, just slaying all the enemies I encounter, makes me feel like I have nothing better to do. In other words, instead of almost dying because of dangerous monsters, I am now dying out of boredom. Now boredom is fightable but I know no way to achieve it - I do not have the patience for crafting and lately I have been lacking inspiration for new and original stories and, ... |
| 15. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/15/2006 11:54:59 AM ((I won't post details as the 'second run' of the event is still pending))
*makes a detailed report of what happened during the trip to Ferein's Ruined Inner City*
Anyway, besides that, dad's starting to whisper more and more in my ear. Saying things like, 'He's lying to you' whilst I know that certain person isn't lying at all. It gets worse when I see something I'd really like. The other day, in Ferein, I checked out the market there and saw swords fitted for what I am ... |
| 16. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/18/2006 6:38:49 AM I'm... alone. It's killing me. In a figure of speech, of course. It's hard to imagine what has happened to me in those few days of not writing in you. Dad's pretty much has control of me now, and he's busy whispering me to lie to you also - as if I am even supposed to be dishonest to myself. I am having complete conversations with him, as if he's right there with me, and I feel great in his presence. In battle, when he is silent, it is a fantastic relief to not suffer from his whispering. But ... |
| 17. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/5/2006 9:07:28 PM Dear Rosey,
I've fallen in love! No doubt about it! I'm just so incredibly stupid to not have noticed! Especially when I am listing what I'll do with the one I love, and then actually DO it with her too. It's Syluné, the one I told you about, the one that's been such a good friend to me? What am I supposed to do now? She definately doesn't want some Hin drooling over her feet. But nor can I just act as if nothing happened and continue in a friendly manner. So what should I do ... |
| 18. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/10/2006 3:38:19 PM Dear Rosey,
I've been to the squid faces! It's been quite a dangerous undertaking, if I say so myself. Without fighting, though. It was more in the sense of, 'Remember what they are capable of!'.
Anyway, the whole plan was that we would just talk with them, which worked out quite alright. The big problem we were facing though, is whether or not we should trust the creepy misters. Mister Tomi, courageously, took lead though and made it all alright. I even made my small part ... |
| 19. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/14/2006 7:21:07 AM I've been a rather... strange mood lately. Been to the dark places almost constantly. Carfax Town, Gorlath Keep, places like that. I don't know, Rosey, but I'm changing. I'm starting to use words I've never used before when fighting enemies. And when I look at someone I don't like and trust, like miss Juylina, I don't want to try and be friends with them. I want to go and slay them, torture them, do harm that death will be a release to them. It's dad. His voice keeps whispering me to do bad ... |
| 20. | Re: Londo's diary Posted by Amras on 1/5/2006 6:54:50 AM Dear Rosey,
Today has been a completely horrible day. Lots of fighting, and murdering, and people threatening to kill eachother. I don't get it, because there's plenty of evil to fill everyone's plate twice, but I guess I'm too stupid to understand such things. It started with a lady Elf in black armor, with an acid dripping spear, who I asked a question and suddenly put a spear at my throat! She then continued to threaten others and when the guard captain finally came to remedy the ... |

| 24. | A farewell, I suppose ^^ Posted by Amras on 3/9/2006 5:53:37 PM Well, I've really tried, but I just can't seem to bring up the time or the interest to actively play on Vives again. Mostly busy with school now, as well as a few other games I am giving responsibilities with, there isn't any truth in saying I still play occasionally.
So anyway, my hard drive is getting full again and all the things that can be removed have been removed - cutting down on NWN is up next. I only play through LAN and on a small, light RP community.. And well, Vives' ... |
