Late in the night a visitor delivers a dark metal scroll case into the hand of Jessup.
Jessup takes the case and nods to the courier. It is late in the night and only the moon shows through the windows on one side of the building. He walks to the window and spins the case around slowly with his hands on either end.
"yez" he says, moving his right hand slowly off of the right end cap while holding with his left in the middle of the case. He takes his right hand ... |
