Tailors Required

Several notes have been pinned to the walls near the various public tanning areas, the script is flowing and written with a finely tipped quill. In large letters across the top are the words:
Tailor Required
The rest of the note reads as follows:
Greetings tailors and leather workers. I find myself in need of a small number of bags in order to better facilitate my work. I only require a modest bag, perhaps one of lion hide. If you would be so kind as to leave a reply below this request with your name, a place I may contact you, and the cost of commissioning your work I will seek you out as soon as possible.

My requirements aren't quite so modest. I have three Malar Panther hides that I have been preserving for far too long, and I do not have nearly the skill required to work them. I've sought tailors and had no luck in finding any, so now it's time to see if any might come to me. I'll pay TOP CROWN for services rendered. To boot, if any are to facilitate my request within the next FORTY EIGHT hours, not only will I pay you for the work you do for me, I'll pay you for good Master Amon's as well.

I do not guarantee that I will be able to make the malar bag as the process is rather laborious and intricate, but I have made them in the past. Seek me out if you're so inclined. Do gather salt and the acids and oils please before you come to me. We'll talk about payment once the bag or bags are made.
