And lo, she downloaded hak pack after hak pack, seeking refuge from a fallen server, where she had played for the last year or so. Though prior to that, she had no RP experience, she nonetheless was a reasonably respected player and got serious about RP once she figured out how fun it was. As she watched the status bar on simultaneous downloads fill with a sluggishness akin to to the melting of glass over centuries, she alleviated her boredom by introducing herself.
*cough*
From the glowing reviews I've picked over and the overall attractiveness of the forums, this place looks to be nifty. I hope to get sucked in and contribute. See you in-game. Eventually.

| Welcome! I can tell you it's a very great place to play. I wasnt actualy meaning to play here at all. Just came to see the place as a friend of mine told me to come check it out... And I'm here still. As an annoying ink stain on a brand new white cloth. |
Nightmare this may be, but it's not a dream. |

A hearty welcome!
One thing is for sure: one keeps returning here over and over again. So there has to be something good about it! ;D |

Good and good, it is called subconcious programming utilized by the DM's to enslave our minds and forever bind us to this realm where they may torment us again and again... *whimpers and crawls back to the game as the red burning eye of the DM passes over him*

Unmasked! You and your damnable detective work, Lily!
Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I look forward to meeting you all! It's been suggested that I stay away from a paladin as my first character. Strongly suggested. So I'm going to futz around the forums for a while and show up as... something. Until then :) |

Welcome, Rosen.
Paladins are great characters! I wouldn't stay away from them at all. In fact, I'd encourage anyone who's up for a fun challenge to try a paladin on for size. |

Well then... hmm...
I'll stick with it for a while then, at least until that it becomes clear that I'm unable to handle it. But I have to make sure to do my reading before I log in... lotta stuff to learn. |
