The Ever Evolving World of Vives

Yep thats right, seems to change/adapt/grow every week. In the short time i've been here, i've seen close to 60 areas added, and many changed to go along with the story thus far. There have also been a few that were re-modeled to match the beauty and quality of some of the more recent additions. For all this we have, for the most part, one fellow to thank. So thanks Arathon, the amount of work and time you put into Vives is staggering, and as a player i'd like to give ya a little well deserved praise for it. Most of the new areas have been amazing... and not what you would expect from a normal nwn map... the free-flowing terrain, the wonderful views of the land... everything about these new areas is top-notch grade A stuff. Most of which i can't say anything in detail about as it would ruin it for others who have yet to see, but as a constant explorer of vives with my PC Jubei, i can tell ya all that Ara is a genius and we all owe him a good job, and a pat on the back for all his hard work. PDW, and fictrix also deserve credit as their scripting, toolset work, etc. is also much appriciated.

[See i knew i missed some one, sorry Benny... who could forget all that was changed in Ferein. If you got to see it during the Sickness Event then you know, the current version of it is a work of art... thanks]

p.s. If i missed anyone who had a hand in all this work, I apologize and thank you as well.

Ficcy has work recently on the 4 winds, the character introduction areas, as well as some other areas (I wont say which, cause it's a surprise)

Benny, with his usual elf mindedness re-did ferein and some other elf related areas (foig!).

Me? Nada. I just get to hold the whip once in a while and whine about the bug count.

The lions share is Ara. He's a machine.

Thanks for the comments though. It means I can give 'em an extra whippin'

I don't know if it is new or not, becasue I am new, but the area in Port Royale Plaza with the Botantical Gardens is gorgeous. If you havn't gone and checked out the Glasshouse it is really cool.

Great work and thank you!
