Farewell Friends.

Unfortunatley I never got to RP with any of the new players, so I tried this morning..but sadly my NWN play disk is scratched and damaged beyond repair. I cannot get the Play Disk to install past 17%,therefore due to reasons I cannot avoid im afraid my NWN life will have to end perhaps permanantley until I can find a solution. To all the new players, im sorry I never got meet and RP with you.

that really sucks about your cd i wish they were scratch proof ive had similar problems in the past so i can relate as to how fusterateing it can be. Its sad we never got to rp in game i'm sure i would have enjoyed it anyways good luck to you where ever your travels lead.

hmm, Rom, maybe you can -buy- new disk?
Or burn it? (do you mean the nwn or SoU play disk?) cuz the SoU play disk will probably need a crack or something to be played from or to be burned correctly..

| I had the Same Problem and had to order a new disc from Bioware for about 12 dollars. I took about a week to get back. If your Crack is on the Inside Rim you may be able to get a free one since this was a major issue with NWN owners. |

You can also take it to a used CD place.. they often have tools to remove scratches from CD's.

Hey, did you try the toothpaste suggestion I made yesterday? Rub it against the grain using your fingers. Try to apply the same pressure throughout the process. Rinse and repeat once more. Give it a whorl and let me know...
Its an old trick that sometimes works, sometimes not. Depends of the depth of the scratches. |

Download the disk. rofl it is actually funny how i ran into this post, i don't even know how old it is lol. I am currently searching for a SoU Cd key and one of the results was vives so i decided to check it out lol and what should pop up but fenarisk's warez post. I am laughing really hard right now and have decided to continue my search tomorrow or just ask Ice where he found those other ones, WHICH WORKED BUT I WAS STUPID AND LOST!
