As far as I know there are only the racial languages and the sylvan (or animal like one) for druids and rangers?

[Fictrix] ... And can speak French, like both! Wait, I mean Elven.

There is no bard language.

There is Thieves Cant for Thieves, Animal for druids and rangers, plus the other "normal" languages available IG (orc, halfling, elf, etc) and a few specialty ones (FOIG)

RP it IG

The DM's will see and after a period of time will assign the language to your character.

A similar topic I have. I was wondering if it were possible to make familiars able to speak animal. In this way sorcerers and the like that can not speak animal can still communicate with rangers and druids via their familiar. It can be sort of worked around by RP, in that they can simply use /dm ;*animal* blah blah etc.. but it would be neat if animals could speak their native tongue. Not a big thing, just a neat thing. Thanks
