****A Notice Posted around The Kingdom of Ferein*****
It is with heavy heart that, due to recent events in the human city of Midor, previously known as Aristi, that I must warn all of elven blood to avoid that city, under risk of peril. The kingdom of Ferein must issue a condemnation of the execution of elven blood, as being a direct affront to the sanctity of elven life, our Lord Aros and our Mother Elbereth. Furthermore, the kingdom of Ferein issues a general condemnation of the callous, cruel, merciless and savage practice of public executions. These executions are a stain upon the face of humanity.
While the gates of Ferein shall remain open, for the time being, to humans. Elves of the land are urged to report any suspicious behaviour to the warriors of Aros or the palace guard.
