In fact, I would like to take it one step further by starting a thread that can be used to praise individuals that show excellent RP or encourage certain RP behaviors that we may notice IG. So I’ll start out by thanking Pickston and indulging me in a little RP experience I have been brewing up for my characters. Believe me, it’s amazing how much a little halfling can look like the Godfather when he wants to! Not only that, but he took the RP idea that I had and made some nice embellishments to a story that I dreamed up that really added authenticity to the story (I’m referring to the cloak, Pick, and how you handled to conversation about the handwriting.) I’m duly impressed So this is my shout out and thanks to Pickston for some awesome RP. Mykal P.S. If you think that this looks like a feel good thread, you’re right. To me, there’s nothing wrong with publicly complimenting and encouraging one another. Public recognition can be just as nice of a reward as RP experience. I have to say many thanks to Mykal and Macha, for their excellent role-play and help making Sinjin an even more complex monk. Hats off to them for the love triangle, and THEN hats off to Mykal (or me!) who decided to bond as brothers after the whole experience! (Its not over folks... but it has been a lot of fun) Mykal puts a ridiculous amount of time into his paladin character (and I mean that in the best way) I have recieved private messages from him pages long detailing his journal, lettters to Macha and or Sinjin and have spent long night talking with one oor the other about the whole thread. The same goes for Macha as you can see from her songs and poetry and journal entries. Clearly one of the most RP oriented players I have ever met and I thank them both for the experience. Ok, someone hit my thumb with a hammer, Im getting too mushy. I'll try to go chronologically, and I hope hope hope I dont' forget anyone...If I do, tell me! Krianya, Kayel, and Auberon: Interaction with them the very first time I came up from the basement of the Four Winds made me keep coming back. OH, and Arizzle and Wendolyn... That was an awesome first experience (my first time ever on an RP server). Elvalia: I miss Elvalia...she helped me out times 10 during my first days on the server, and also was a great help in fleshing out Machas character. As well as giving her a reason to write her first epic song... Loli, Avari and Coruva, Callia, Chandler: All were very instrumental in making Macha who she is today, through interactions and helping her out as a new player. Thank you, thank you, thank you... Xaranthir: For being a perfect instrument for Macha to begin questioning her firm lines between good and evil..thanks for being good humored about it :-) Fri'el: for being evil, even though Macha hasn't interacted with you much, your a good target for her unquestioning (until now) focus on annihilating evil. Mykal: of course...the storylines you come up with have been amazing, my friend. Thanks for the play, the direction, the great RP that has grown Macha fast, and hopefully strong enough for the next disastrous and emotional escapade. Lambert, Cybella, Aloria, Morgawse (et. al): You guys are great...I look forward to developing stories with you all.... Sinjin: of course...what can I say? Thanks for the time dedication we've been able to have together, the help staying alive, the character development opportunities and the unwavering support. I can't imagine Macha being who she is without you...our stories have only begun :-) Everyone else, of course has played a large part in my enjoyment of this game, and this server. Calia - for risking herself untold times to save Macha and those that Macha loves, even though she wishes that Macha were dead, and thinks that she's arrogant and insufferable.
